Folks !!!

It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you all that Broughton B player Eric Wilson passed away this weekend after a short illness. 

Eric was a true, generous gentleman who had played in our league since the seventies. Although Eric has not played for Broughton B for a couple of years, he still came to support every game, home and away until his illness. 

He was a true team player and his team mates thoroughly enjoyed his brilliant one liners; his admiration of positional shots; his love for the game and that he always offered you a pint!  

Could you all please keep him in your thoughts.
